Our terrific FACE PAINTERS and BALLOON ARTISTS will be at Carteret's Waterfront Park with: vendors, rides, games, and ethnic food to help you celebrate, so Bring the Kid's!!!

- 7:00 p.m. - Party of Five,"Rockin' the 4th!"
- 9:00 p.m. - Fireworks Celebration
