* Performers are booked on a first come first serve basis with FULLY completed contract and deposit, no exceptions.
* Contracts are emailed out and can be completed and sent back as a reply email attachment(scanned image works fine).
* Invoices are sent from www.paypal.com .
* N.B. Gigmasters clients will also receive emailed contract that MUST be completed in order to send performers out.
* This ensures that all of our clients and perspective clients have equal access to our performers and all of the activities are listed propperly(we let the proverbial cat out of the bag).

Waiver and Release From Liability Form For

I,(your name), hereby WAIVE and RELEASE, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Moon On The Water/Inspirational Magik and its’ agents, employees, officers, directors, affiliates, successors and assigns, of and from any and all claims, demands, debts, contracts, expenses, causes of equity, that I ever had or may have arising from or in any way related to my contracting ENTERTAINMENT services of :(Performer/Alternate) in the capacity of: (Costumed Party Performer, Games leader, Face Painter, Story & Craft Leader, Balloon Twister, other) as time allows, provided that this waiver of liability does not apply to any acts of gross negligence, or intentional, willful or wanton misconduct. I agree to assume any and all responsibility of liability arising from and damages suffered to person(s) present suffered as a result of viewing, or participating with, the aforementioned entertainers. In the event of a State of NJ recognized or National State of Emergency (flood, fire, or act of terrorism), at the time of the scheduled date or within 24 hours preceding the event, I may reschedule event ONE time within 1 year from scheduled event at no extra charge.
